PM Modi's government has tightened scrutiny of non-profit groups over the past years. The next to face the brunt is the environmental group "Greenpeace"; they have been asked to shut down two of its regional offices in India. They have asked many of their staff members to leave due to a block on its bank account after they have been accused of illegal donations. Two regional offices, one in Delhi & one in Patna are closed.
