ED reveals to court: 36 businessmen fled from the country, not just Nirav & Mallya

The ED told special judge Arvind Kumar that 36 such businessmen have fled from the country in the recent past, including Nirav Modi & Vijay Mallya; while opposing the bail plea of Sushen Mohan Gupta, alleged defence agent arrested in the AgustaWestland VVIP Chopper scam. Gupta is also accused of influencing the witness & destroying the evidence in the case. The court has reserved bail orders till April 20.
