On his 54th birthday on 10th September’18, Jack Ma the co-founder of Alibaba announced about his retirement. After which the speculations for resigning were taking rounds to which he replied that he wants to die a beach rather than in his executive office at Alibaba. He has named Daniel Zhang as his successor. Though he has resigned from his executive chairman seat he will continue to be the company’s director.
