Do not travel to J&K or visit near Pak border: US issues level 2 travel alert

The US has issued a new travel advisory to its citizens yet again on Sat due to terrorism and civil unrest. The level 2 alert comes in the wake of the tensions between India & Pak after the JeM attacked a CRPF convoy. It also asked Americans to not go within 10km of the border with Pakistan due to crime and terrorism. Level 2 means exercise increased caution due to increased risk in certain areas.
