Division bench denied HC order over allowing BJP ‘Rath Yatras’

Recently, the Calcutta High Court approved BJP to conduct 3 'Rath Yatras' in West Bengal. But a division bench of the Calcutta HC has reversed the order. The West Bengal govt has said that it will challenge the order given by the HC in favor of BJP over the allowance of 'Rath Yatras' in Chief Justice's division bench. Justice Tapabrata Chakraborty asked the state govt to ensure that there is no breach of law and order.
