The decision came on late Wednesday, Governor Satya Pal Malik has dissolved the State Legislative Assembly in Jammu and Kashmir, after the PDP president, Mehbooba Mufti and People’s Conference Sajjad Lone wrote a letter to him while staking claim to form the govt. The decision came after considering the 4 main aspects, which includes the possibility of “horse-trading” and “exchange of money” among 2 others.
