Calling it a "roving enquiry", PMO denies giving information on RTI seeking details of bad loans submitted by the former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan to it. PMO states that this query doesn't come under the definition of "information" in the RTI Act. Section 2(f) states that what kind of information the public can access. The man was seeking the list of bad loans submitted by Rajan and action taken on them by the PMO.
