Delhi HC dismissed plea by Sajjan Kumar for extended time to surrender

In a plea submitted by Sajjan Kumar, he was seeking more time to surrender but the Delhi High Court has dismissed his request today. Sajjan was convicted in 1984 anti-Sikh riots and was asked to surrender by 31st December but he asked for an additional 30 days. The former Congress leader was sentenced to life imprisonment. The order was given by the HC as he killed 5 members of a family during the riots.
