Nirmala Sitharaman, Union Defence Minister, pays respect to the mother of a martyred army jawan in Dehradun. The minister did a heartwarming gesture by welcoming the mother of slain jawan and touching her feet. She then greets her by giving a bouquet; the video has been shared by BJP MLA Ganesh Joshi. She also praised the Modi government for resolving the vexed issues owing to the welfare of armed forces.
