Deepak Kulkarni, Mehul Choksi's associate arrested by ED

An executive of a firm associated with escapee Mehul Choksi has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on Monday, in connection with the money-laundering investigation in the $2-billion PNB fraud case. Deepak Kulkarni was arrested from Kolkata airport after he landed from Hong Kong. He is taken into custody under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and was supposed to be presented before a court on Tuesday.
