Scientists from the University of Colorado discovered that roasting meat & vegetables using gas makes the air inside your homes dirties than that in Delhi. It seems roasting releases particles such as fine soot, tiny organic particles from gas flames, vegetables, oils & fat; all of these combines to release harmful PM2.5 particulate in the house. These levels are 13 times higher than those measured in Central London.
