CoA chief Vinod Rai gives big statement on India-Pakistan ties

The Committee of Administrators (CoA) chief Vinod Rai has claimed Indian cricket team will only consider playing against Pakistan if there’s any neutral venue. The neighbouring countries haven't engaged in any bilateral series since early 2013. Since then, India and Pakistan have only played each other in specific matches; either in ICC events or in the Asia Cup following the increasingly tensed political relations.
