CJI Dipak Misra before his retirement will give verdict on few major cases

CJI Dipak Misra is set to resign on 2nd October this year, before which he will pronounce Supreme Court’s verdicts on few major cases. Misra before leaving the office will give the verdict on Sabarimala, Aadhaar, Ayodhya Case, and Bhima Koregaon Case. He has suggested the govt., name of Justice Ranjan Gogoi to succeed him after his retirement. Gogoi is expected to take over as CJI on 3rd October 2018.
