CBI vs CBI: Next hearing scheduled on November 16th

Central Vigilance Commission has submitted its report on CBI director Alok Verma in a sealed cover on Monday and the court has decided to have the next hearing on Friday. A two-judge bench was assigned to hear the case as on Mondays and Fridays Apex court hears miscellaneous cases and only a smaller judge bench will sit for it. Former apex court judge A K Patnaik has been appointed to supervise the case.
