CBI’s Rakesh Asthana will not be arrested until next hearing says Delhi HC

CBI’s special director, Rakesh Asthana will not be arrested till next hearing of the case on Monday. The Delhi HC grants relief from arrest after he challenged bribery charges against him in the court. Asthana and arrested officer Devendra Kumar were accused by CBI for corruption. Kumar is in CBI’s custody for 7 days for taking bribe in the case against meat exporter Moin Qureshi, which he was investigating.
