CBI DSP Devender Kumar granted bail in Rakesh Asthana case: Delhi Court

The CBI DSP Devender Kumar has been granted bail by the Patiala House Court on Wednesday for manipulating records in the meat exporter Moin Qureshi money laundering case. He was granted bail by the court of Special CBI Judge Santosh Snehi Mann in the furnishing of a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and one surety of the same sum. He was arrested during an investigation over Rakesh Asthana in corruption charges.
