Carlos Ghosn re-arrested, less chances of getting bail

Japanese prosecutors have again arrested the Nissan Motor Co Ltd's sacked chairman Carlos Ghosn on Friday after alleging that Nissan shoulder $16.6 million in personal investment losses. The allegations have reduced the chances of his bail for now. The re-arrest has come just a day after a Tokyo court surprisingly denied prosecutors' appeal to stretch Ghosn's arrest, that created chances of him going free on bail.
