Pune-based scientists have discovered a technology which can detect the spread of cancer within mere hours and claim that the new finding reduces considerably the time taken for detecting the disease. A team led by Dr. Jayant Khandare have discovered a technology known as 'OncoDiscover.' While a normal report takes about 12 hours to discover symptoms of cancer, the OncoDiscover technology can detect it within 3.5 hours.
