"When will you return & face the ongoing legal proceedings at the court?"- asks Bombay High Court to the fleeing businessman Vijay Mallya. Mallya has been declared a fugitive under the new FEOA; to which his lawyer Amit Desai said that giving him the tag & permitting his assets to be confiscated will harm the interests of his lenders. He also said that Mallya wants to return but the UK court prohibited him.
