The co-founder of Flipkart, Binny Bansal has resigned the CEO of the company with immediate effect from today. He is being investigated into allegations in serious personal misconduct. Though no evidence has been found against him regarding the case, it did reveal other issues specifically lack of transparency, regarding his reactions to the situation. These are the reasons that his resignation has been accepted.
