Augusta Westland Case accused Rajeev Saxena extradited from UAE to India

Rajeev Saxena is an accused in the chopper deal scam and has been "extradited" illegally to India from UAE. Last December, the Enforcement Directorate did inform the court about Saxena's request for extradition as he failed to attend the investigations. Thereafter, the court issued a non-bailable warrant against him. He was picked up by the UAE state security from his Dubai residence this morning.
