Delhi High Court has issued an interim order restraining Asus from selling its products with 'Zen' branding. Asus has now been forced to postpone the sales of ZenFone smartphones in India. The tech giants have been found to infringe on their 'Zen' trademark. According to reports, the Zen trademark was first filed for use by Telecare Network way back in 2008 for its Android smartphones. Asus came to India in 2014.
