To abolish terrorism another surgical strike is needed to be launched by India, said the General Bipin Rawat, the Army Staff Chief. He said that till the time Pakistan Govt. is not able to control its military and intelligence services, situations at the border will not get better. To kidnap and kill policemen clearly shows the frustration of terrorists. On 29 Sept, India will celebrate 2nd anniversary of surgical strikes.
