10 days after a Lion Air plane crashed into the sea in Indonesia, in which all 189 people on board lost their lives, another incident took place on Thursday. Lion Air plane smashed into a pole during takeoff from an airport on Sumatra Island. Lion Air targeted airport staff for the incident in which no casualties reported. We had received a letter of apology from the airport's air traffic controller, said spokesperson.
