During the India Today Conclave East 2018, Preity Zinta, recalls her near-death experience when a massive tsunami struck the coasts of the Indian Ocean on December 26, 2004, and killed over 2,30,000 people in 14 countries. She said she was holidaying with her friends in Phuket at that time and I almost died in the tsunami. Most of my closest friends passed away in that. I'm the only one who survived.
