Academic behind Cambridge Analytica data mining sues Facebook for defamation

Aleksander Kogan helped Cambridge Analytica vacuum up private info from millions of profiles sued Facebook. He argued that the company defamed him when it claimed he had lied about how the data was going to be used. He was awaiting the govt investigations before he could sue. He maintained for months that his app maintained the standard operating procedures & had a working relationship with FB until Cambridge scandal happened.
