On Sunday, Amritsar's Nirankari Bhawan suffered from firing and grenade attack leaving 3 dead and many injured. After the incident took place, the AAP leader HS Phoolka blamed the Army chief General Bipin Rawat behind the attack on Monday. The leader has now apologized for his remarks to the Army Chief. After regretting he further clarified that it wasn't for the army chief but for the Congress that rules Punjab.
