SHO Mukesh Chandra Kunwar from Bihar took a new initiative to assist traffic rule violators. He works to restore faith in individuals as the revised Motor Vehicles Act has made it possible for traffic police to be exploitative. If a motorist is found riding without a helmet or insurance documents, they will not be fined but rather be sent to a helmet seller or an insurance organization near the police checkpoints.
