Rising pollution is a serious issue. A UNEP study stated that 22% to 52% of the pollution affecting the environment is indoor. The study says that there is a need to reduce emissions from household cooking and heating in order to control pollution. For the rising air pollution in Delhi, the UNEP has stated 25 measures to fight with it. Using clean fuels and promoting the use of electric vehicles are few to mention.
