Ordered by arbitrary tribunal, Infosys will pay outstanding severance of ₹ 12.17cr to ex-CFO

As ordered by the arbitral tribunal, Infosys will pay its former CFO, Rajiv Bansal an outstanding severance of Rs 12.17 cr including interest, company said today. IT giant refused to pay him more than Rs 5.2 cr whereas the expected amount of severance was of Rs 17.38 cr for 24 months of his pay. When Rajiv filed a case to the tribunal for getting way less than expected the company in return asked him to give back Rs 5.2 Cr.
