Going for the Swachhata Shramdan to Baba Sahib Ambedkar Higher Secondary School in Paharganj, New Delhi, PM Modi’s carcade was seen on the roads of the capital without the arrangement of special security routes, on Saturday. While he was waiting for the green light amid of the traffic someone clicked the photos which are now getting viral. He reached his destination in usual traffic conditions without special arrangements.
