Ground staff is equally responsible for wrong landing of a flight: Faisal

For the incident that occurred on September 7 that an Air India flight AI 263 landed on an under-construction runway at the Male airport, Thayyib Ibu Faisal of Amnesty International's Prisoner of Conscience in his tweet said that ground staff is equally responsible for the incident as much as the pilots. A pilot of the flight carrying 136 passengers got confused when the ground staff forgot to cover some material.
