Yesterday, PV Sindhu and HS Prannoy went out of the game after losing to China and Indonesia respectively, whereas, Kidambi Srikanth was still in the game and reached quarters. Today, Kidami too lost the quarters game to South Korea. He loses the game by 19-21, 21-16, 21-18 to Lee Dong Keun. He was the last Indian left in the tournament to fight the battle. While Saina Nehwal didn’t participate in the tournament.
