More than 25,000 calls received on the first day of doorstep delivery service

Started on Monday the Delhi Govt. earned a great response on its aim to deliver 40 public services such as the issuance of income and domicile certificates, driving licenses, water connections along with others, at the doorsteps of the residents. On the 1st day of the scheme, govt. received more than 25,000 calls out of which most were for info. about the scheme. Only 2728 calls got connected out of which 1286 could be answered.
