Sweden is not currently under lockdown. Its coronavirus response plan doesn’t enforce self-isolation. Now, a new restaurant, opening on May 10, will take social distance to a new level. It will be serving only a single guest per day. Bord för En, or Table for One, will serve the said guest in the middle of a field, through a basket attached to a rope, and clean all dishes twice. It will stay open until August 1.
