Women’s safety is affecting tourism in India, biggest fear of foreigners

Cosmo Brockway, a traveler and author, said that though India has shown a rise in the tourism sector women safety is a big concern which is affecting its growth. Brockway said that the rise in attacks on women in last few years in India has hugely affected country’s reputation. He said that the agencies literally need to convince foreigners that India is as safe as any other country; the image of our country is that bad.
