Little Palm Island, a luxurious resort off the coast in Florida, is now open for buyouts, but for a limited time frame. The 4-acre island, the only private island resort in the US, will start welcoming guests offering exclusive nature from Monday. The starting price is $250,000 and it includes three nights stay on the island resort for as many as 30 people. You can also go for a package of $1.2 million with add-ons.
