Uber to allow individuals to file cases of sexual assault against the company

Uber’s terms of service state that a rider loses their right to sue Uber in an open court. However, after a US senator and 14 women have requested the CEO of the company to release riders from the arbitration agreement, which Uber has announced it will do, but only in regard for individual cases. Riders would not be allowed to sue the company for other reasons and can't take a class action against them either.
