Tourist woman in Morocco falls off pregnant camel and further sues the travel agency for negligence

24-year-old traveller in Morocco, Breanne Ayala accused Massachusetts based TripAdvisor and its subsidiary Viator of negligence and breach of contract. This is because she fell off a pregnant camel and stated it as negligence of the travel agency. She told that she didn't receive a safety briefing from the agency before. However, the suit was filed in Norflok Superior Court. Ayala had surgery and was hospitalised too.
