To save environment India bans single-use plastic at 16 airports

After a Portugal airline banned single-use plastic in its flight, the Airports Authority of India has banned the use of single-use plastic items at 16 airports across India which means that stuff like straws, plastic cutlery, and plastic plates etc will not be presented to the passengers at terminals and city side. The airports include Indore, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Tirupati, Trichy and others.
