Union Minister of Railways Piyush Goyal has expressed confidence over India's development in the renewable energy sector. The Union Minister said the government is working steadily towards the international solar grid. The railway minister said the electrification of the Indian Railways will be completed in the next 3.5 years. By 2030, India will have the world’s first large ‘Clean Railways’, Goyal said.
