Saudi Arabia’s government has decided to refrain from retaining the passports of crew members of the Indian airlines on arrival. Now they will be given a barcode with limited validity. Air India and Jet Airways are the two Indian airlines that fly to Saudi Arabia. The matter was looked into after the crew members’ passports were confiscated back in July and they were left with only photocopies of their passports.
