Parliamentary Aviation panel says Indigo airlines is discourteous and the worst performer

A Parliamentary Standing Committee on Tourism, Culture, Road, Shipping and Aviation, headed by TMC MP Derek O' Brien, has said that all 30 members on the panels agree that Indigo is the worst performing and discourteous airline. O'Brien said that Indigo's behaviour with customers is bad and they overcharge for extra baggage and tickets. He claimed that national carrier Air India has the best baggage policy.
