Mumbai to get a second sea link on Versova- Bandra route

Eight years, after SCCI had cleared the plan, Maharashtra Government has finally approved the Versova- Bandra sea link. The sea link will be constructed at a height of 900m from the from the coastline. The main bridge will be around 9.60 km long while the cable suspended part will be 0.30 km. The total length of this link will be 17.17 km and the estimated cost will be Rs 7502 crores.
