Mumbai airport’s main runway will be closed for re-carpeting from Monday onwards, eight hours a day, six days a week, for about five months. The flights will continue to land and take-off from the secondary runway till the closure period, which lasts on March 28, 2020. Around 26 flights have from all airlines put together, have been cancelled. However, there hasn't been any spike in the fares barring the Mumbai-Delhi flight.
