LED lights installed at stations by Indian Railways before deadline

Indian Railways have achieved the target of 100% LED lighting at all the stations a year before the deadline on Saturday. This move will help in saving Rs 50 crore annum as per the Indian Railways. Not only financially, but the provision of LED lights will also help to reduce CO2 emission by 60,000 ton. South Central Railway was the first Railway to achieve their target followed by the other zonal Railways.
