Joint connectivity projects launched by Bangladesh and India

Indian PM Modi has launched joint connectivity projects with Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Haseena and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee. The target for this project is to improve the relationship between the two neighbouring countries while opening avenues for other successful ventures in future. Two new rail projects are launched presently, along with the old Maitreyee express that runs between West Bengal and Bangladesh.
