Hawaii's state agency who once welcomed visitors is helping those visitors leave for the time being. The Hawaii Tourism Authority has even arranged $25,000 for the costs of sending tourists away if they violate the state's 14-day quarantine. The outbound travel arrangements are being taken care of by Visitor Aloha Society, an NGO normally helping tourists in Hawaii handle the problems during their visit.
