AirAsia promoted direct flights to Bangkok using the phrase 'Get Off in Thailand' in their ads. A campaigner from 'Collective Shout' spotted the ad on Brisbane bus & objected to it; over alleged promotion of sex tourism in Thailand by the airline. She took it to social media. Thailand has over 123,530 sex workers. AirAsia took the feedback gravely, stopped the ads, & sincerely apologized for any inconvenience caused.
