Announced on the basis of passenger feedback, the APEX Passenger Choice Awards for Asia and South Pacific called Air New Zealand and EVA Air the best global carrier in Asia and South Pacific respectively. Other than this, Air New Zealand also won the best seat comfort and best cabin service award. While IndiGo won the best low-cost carrier in Asia & South Pacific award, Japan Airlines won for the best WiFi.
